This is a binding agreement between you and LanawrAI Group. Before you upload or generate any media, read this fully. If you do not agree, you may not use this feature.

1. Original content only. Upload only your own original work, or content you have full legal rights to use. You may not upload another artist's music, another creator's video, or anyone else's copyrighted material. Uploading someone else's work as your own is theft, and it is strictly forbidden here.

2. This is serious. By checking the boxes below, you affirm that you take full responsibility for everything you upload or generate here. You, and you alone, take full responsibility for confirming your content is original or properly licensed. If it turns out to belong to someone else, you take full responsibility for the consequences — not LanawrAI. LanawrAI is not your lawyer or rights-clearance service — you take full responsibility for knowing what you're allowed to upload. This is not a casual checkbox: you are taking full responsibility, in a real and binding way.

3. LanawrAI is not liable. LanawrAI is a hosting platform, not a publisher of what you upload. LanawrAI is not responsible or liable for anything you upload, generate, download, or release. Any legal or financial consequence is yours alone — you take full responsibility, and LanawrAI bears none.

4. If LanawrAI gets sued because of you. If your upload isn't actually yours and it causes a third party to bring a claim against LanawrAI, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LanawrAI harmless in full — covering all resulting damages, settlements, and reasonable attorneys' fees. Because that would also break the exact promise you made in Section 1, you take full responsibility not once, but doubly — for the underlying claim, and separately for breaking your word to LanawrAI. This obligation survives even if your account is later closed or terminated.

5. Repeat violations = permanent removal. Confirmed reports of uploading others' copyrighted material will result in permanent loss of upload access after the third confirmed violation. No further warnings after that.

6. Reporting stolen content. If you believe your content was uploaded without permission, email hello@updates.lanawrai.com with proof of ownership. LanawrAI will investigate and remove infringing material promptly.

7. Your agreement. By checking every box below and typing your full legal name, you enter a real, binding agreement, and you confirm that you take full responsibility for your own content — knowingly and seriously, not as a formality.
