Terms of Service

By using lanawrai.com or booking ResTeak services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

LanawrAI and ResTeak are operated from Dallas, Texas, USA. Contact: hello@updates.lanawrai.com · (972) 477-5356.

2. Your account

Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time code or link. Keep your email account secure — anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You must be 13 or older, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

3. LanawrAI Membership — $5/month

• Billed monthly at $5.00 USD until cancelled. Your card is charged automatically each month.
• Cancel anytime by emailing hello@updates.lanawrai.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• We generally do not provide refunds for partial months, but if something has genuinely gone wrong, contact us — we'd rather fix it.
• If a payment fails, access may be suspended until it's resolved.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email.

4. AI features — read this part

• You are responsible for what you enter and for how you use what comes out.
• Don't use our AI to create unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or sexually explicit material, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Don't attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to our AI features.
• No guarantee that generated output is unique or free of third-party rights.
• Usage may be rate-limited to keep the service running for everyone.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

• Trademark: the LanawrAI name, logo, Sir Buzz, and related marks are trademarks of LanawrAI Group. Don't use them to imply endorsement without permission.
• Purchasing full commercial rights: anyone — including the original uploader — may purchase exclusive commercial ownership of a specific piece of AI-generated content or uploaded media for a licensing fee, priced at a good-faith estimate of fair market value plus 50%, with proceeds supporting the honeybee land conservation mission. Available via the "Purchase Full Rights" option next to eligible content, or by emailing hello@updates.lanawrai.com for a quote.
• Once a license is purchased and confirmed, that specific item is marked as exclusively licensed and LanawrAI will not re-license or commercially reuse it without the new owner's consent.
• Visible attribution: media hosted in the Media Library displays a small "LanawrAI" badge in the player as a visual mark of hosting and licensing status. This is a UI overlay for display purposes — it is not embedded in the underlying file, and does not itself constitute the licensing terms above.

6. ResTeak restoration services

• 3-day service window. Bookings reserve a window of three consecutive days, not a specific hour.
• $220 deposit, non-refundable. It reserves your dates and is not returned if you cancel or are unavailable, though we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule once.
• Final cost is quoted on-site after assessment, and before any work begins. You may decline at that point; the deposit is retained.
• Balance due within 1–2 business days of completion. If payment is not received and you have not contacted us in that period, we reserve the right to pursue collection and legal remedies, and to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
• You confirm you own the property being serviced, or have permission, and that we will have safe access to it.
• Restoration is surface work. Repairs are excluded unless separately quoted. Very old, damaged, or previously mistreated pieces may not fully recover — we'll tell you honestly on-site if we think that's the case.

8. Referral program

Referral milestones (6 months free at 10, a shirt at 50, a named hive at 100, and the top prize at 500) require the referred person to remain a paying member for six months or more. We may adjust or end the program with notice; we won't take back a milestone you've already earned. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and spam disqualify.

9. Acceptable use

Don't break the law with our services, don't interfere with the site's operation, don't try to access other people's accounts, and don't misrepresent yourself. We may suspend accounts that do. Uploaded media must be your own or used with permission — don't upload copyrighted material you don't have rights to, or unlawful content.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The site and AI features are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the website or AI features is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. This limit does not apply to the physical restoration services, which are governed by section 6 and applicable Texas law, or to anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Material changes affecting members will be emailed.
