The fine print.

1. The service
OmniAI is a multi-model AI aggregator. By creating an account you agree to use it lawfully, and to comply with the terms of every underlying model provider whose models you invoke (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, Stripe).
2. Acceptable use
You must not use OmniAI to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, deceptive (e.g. impersonation), or that violates the rights of others. Repeated attempts to bypass model safety filters — including via Bring-Your-Own-Key — may result in account suspension.
3. Tokens and payments
Tokens are a non-redeemable, non-transferable in-product credit. Token packages purchased via Stripe are non-refundable once consumed. Unused tokens have no cash value. Subscription plans (Pro, Team) can be canceled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Generated content
You own the content you generate, subject to the underlying model provider's terms. We claim no copyright over your outputs. However, models may produce inaccurate or biased information — you are responsible for verifying anything you act on.
5. Account & data
You can delete your account at any time. We retain payment receipts and audit logs as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. Maintenance windows, upstream provider outages, or token-budget exhaustion may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll notify users in-app for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
